We are licensed with the relevant ministries to provide intellectual property services.  We provide advice on a broad range of intellectual property matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including prosecuting, enforcing and defending intellectual property rights in Cambodia and overseas; developing strategies for the use, protection, management and exploitation of intellectual property; negotiating, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements involving the development, application and commercial exploitation of intellectual property such as intellectual property acquisitions and disposals, licensing and franchising; and advising on and assisting with the necessary applications, registrations, portfolio management and coordination of intellectual property.
